Process of making DAO

  1. User bet minimum number of tokens (ELM)

  2. Create a proposal

  3. Elite World project administrator considers proposal

  4. Council passed, the proposal was put to a vote

  5. Participants who meet the needs will be able to vote 6.Voting script a.If the voting result is more than 50% then the approved proposal is in the development roadmap b.If the voting result is less than 50% the proposal is canceled and re-proposed
