How to play
To start playing requires at least 2 people. Each player will in turn roll the dice and move their symbolic character to follow the number of cells corresponding to the number of buttons displayed on the dice. At the position of stopping movement on the chessboard, the player will perform "right and duty" appropriating to points such as buying land, buying a house, paying rent, taxes, going to jail,.... with determined values of game presets.
• You can "get" to buy land or build more real estate if you live in an unoccupied location.
• Or you may "be" paid for that land or house if you move into a square that has been purchased by someone else.
_ If you don't have enough money, you need to sell your current property
_ Players will have the right to choose to sell randomly to other players (who buy quickly will get) at a higher price than the bank or choose to sell to the bank for a lower price
_ Players will have the right to buy back the opponent's land after paying the penalty
In addition, if 2 rolled dice show the same number of buttons, then after going to the corresponding slot and performing the required "right or duty", you are entitled to roll the dice again. However, if you roll and move 3 times with the same 2 dice, you will have to "Go to the island" no matter where you are. To get out of there, you must roll 2 dice showing the same number of buttons again either pay or use the free island voucher received from the opportunity
When you hit the properties of a square that are held during the festival, the fee when another player enters will increase by the pre-set coefficient.
In the first round, players can only build land and houses, from round 2 onwards are allowed to build hotels, after building a hotel, players have the right to go to the castle. After entering the hotel, other players are not allowed to buy back the player's land
